Rich Centola, LMT & Anita Centola, LMT

We’re both graduates of the Alternative Conjunction Clinic and School of Massage Therapy, licensed by the state of PA, and certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). And we each take Continuing Education classes every year to hone our skills and broaden our therapeutic horizons.

Both of us are trained and experienced in the classic Massage Therapy modalities – Swedish, rejuvenation, neuromuscular, deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal, seated chair, and more.

We share a special interest in sports medicine, serving on sports teams for a variety of events, including the Baltimore Marathon and the MS 150 Bike Tour. Rich is an accomplished distance runner, completing 15 marathons, including four Boston Marathons. Anita is also proficient in a number of spa services, including paraffin therapy, body wrap and scrubs, and hot stone therapy.

Anita Reisinger
Rich Centola

“Even as a child I had an interest in holistic health and helping people. So being a professional Massage Therapist is the culmination of my lifelong dream.

“My approach is pretty simple. I take my time to listen to my clients’ input, use my intuition, experience, and training to evaluate their comments, then follow through with the most appropriate, effective treatment possible.

“For me, therapy is a reciprocal ‘win-win’ proposition. My clients get the gift of feeling better. And I get the satisfaction of knowing I’ve made a difference in their lives.” – Anita

“I tend to be a bit more analytical than Anita, with a technically-oriented, problem-solving approach. Sometimes we assign patients based on which treatment style best matches their specific needs.

“There’s nothing routine or ‘cookie cutter’ about what we do here. Every client is different, and so are their needs and the treatment we deliver. Those needs can change, sometimes appointment-to-appointment, and we adjust our techniques accordingly. Our therapeutic process is fluid and ever-evolving, and good communication with clients is key.” – Rich
